Our Client is a leading importer and distributor of wooden floors. We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join the team in Newry. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Conduct daily pre-use forklift checks.
• Pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.
• Transport products to the designated dispatch zone.
• Perform quality checks on incoming goods.
• Receive, transport, and store stock.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Operate reach and counterbalance trucks safely in a busy warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence (reach & counterbalance).
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Health & safety conscious.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Friendly, flexible, and positive attitude.

Desirable:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
